Create a Video infographics animation

I am looking for a3 mins max Infographic video to present the current model we are piloting in Fifth Company, Moruga. I have attached a “tentative” script. Which is way too long and need to be edited down. But it will give you a good sense of the story. The idea I had in mind is that the video should be guided by the script and unfold as the script is being told by a background voice. I have a personal preference to drawings as opposed to just text. I would like to keep it with the organisation fonts and colours which can be shared, as to keep the Branding. United Way as an organisation like to keep it to a minimal. So we won’t plaster our logo at the beginning of a presentation or throughout a video. The only time really we would put our logo would be at the end. I have added two video link below of other “sister” organisation explaining/introducing the model we are currently using. I liked the dynamism of the video and so to me these two are a good reference. Would you mind suggesting a quote with an estimation of the length of time this would take as well/with a brief summary of what you would have in mind? Thanking you in advance for everything!
