Build a C# Winforms User Control

Create the source code for a C# Winforms label and textbox combination that will accept bindinglists as input so they can format and refresh data. Key features of this include: 1 Label that displays the [DisplayName] attribute for the BindingList's property. This label will resize based on the text it displays. 1 Textbook that appears a few pixels to the right of the bounding box of the label and displays the zero-index value of the binding list variable it is associated with. When the variable contains no data, the Textbox displays placeholder text in dark gray, gathered from the [Comment] attribute for the BindingList's property. The textbox will also have a datasource that is a variable representing a bindinglist. If the data ever changes, the textbox will display those changes, using a method like OnPropertyChanged from the BindingList (or similar). * The Project will be a Visual Studio .Net C# project called OaControls, targeting C#, using the .Net framework v 4.5.2. * The control will be a User Control named OaField (or similar). * The final produced product will use some sample code provided by me. It will be set up to run in more than one project, with instructions for doing so, provided by you (the creator). * Where possible, the solution should be code-based, and not designer based. I include a mockup for your review that explains what I need in more detail.
