I'm looking for an Admin / Customer support person that is familiar with the ins and outs of publishing ebooks to Amazon's Kindle. We run a training program that teaches authors how to publish their books to Amazon's Kindle and we are looking for a support person to add to the team. Your task will be to answer any and all questions related to Kindle publishing and provide advice. You will interact with our customers by both phone and email, so if you #1- Have long distance phone service that is a plus #2- Are familiar with any type of customer support help desk software such as Kayako or Zendesk that would be awesome This is a simple task for which you will be required to work an average of 2-3 hours a day, including weekends.
