Hi! I bring more than ten years experience in a wide range of transcription work to the table! I have a fast turnover rate, 80 - 90wpm, one audio hour of two or more speakers 5-7 hrs to transcribe plus time to proofread. For one speaker, 3-5 hours to transcribe. Twelve days would be the maximum time to complete your project however quite likely I could complete it sooner. I have travelled to and lived in several different countries and have experience with all kinds of foreign accents. I am a NZer by birth but I work in US English. I can provide time stamping if required and offer either verbatim transcripts (including all mhms ahas) or intelligent transcripts which edit these out. Professional transcription companies can charge as much as $3USD per audio minute. I charge $50 USD per audio hour ($0.83 / audio minute) however as you have bulk work I'm prepared to cut my rate to $40 USD per audio hour ($0.66/ audio minute) as well as absorb the 10% fee freelancer usually takes out of my total for the job.
