I am a young engineer and I hold a B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering and a M.Sc. in Space Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, a M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering & Mechanics from Drexel University. In 2013 I obtained the italian Professional Engineer license. Hi. I can do it very fast and well explained step by step. I will use the equations of continuity and flow rates, establishing the volumes in each process devise to find the thermodynamic properties using steam tables. Solution Summer Scenario: Heat input in the boiler = 12.14 MW, Net power generated = 3.988 MW, Thermal efficiency = 32.84%, Net Balance (£/day) = -835.98. Solution Winter Scenario: Heat input in the boiler = 9.81 MW, Net power generated = 2.29034 MW, Utilization Factor = 77.37%, Mass fraction of steam extracted for process heating = 0.67, Thermal efficiency = 22.49%, Net Balance (£/day) = -2693.67. All calculations were made ​​by hand, there are 9 pages for each scenario, including interpolations and the process on at T-S diagram. You can summarize the results and generate conclusions for each scenario.
