I have a problem with my office internet connection. It seems to drop out every minute or two. I rang the ISP and they are saying that there is no fault on their end. I installed Total Network Monitor and I can see that pings to google are failing intermittently.

My previous experience as a network engineer, has equipped me with a lot of experience in troubleshooting internet connectivity issues. I have experience in configuring and administering routers, switches and firewalls. A plan of action will involve checking for issues in the LAN i.e. between your computer and the switch/router.
