C++ web browser default search replace

Im looking for a experienced programmer with C++ skills / Obj-C an option to build search replacer for Windows (Firefox, IE/Edge, Chrome) & Mac (Firefox, Safari, Chrome) to new addresses. Replace should include: - set it as homepage - set it as default search (users are typing phrase in top bar instead of url) - set it as new tab Search replacer can be launched in mac using terminal with url as argument (Mac), and for Windows as exe with parameter. No GUI should be visible & all should be done silently. Execute command and thats it.
