c++ programmer must be expert and want to have some fun with image matching and recognition of face

1. goto [login to view URL] download and compile the facial recognition software c++ it is written in. what we want to do is make program that uses this detection and has it. so compile the program load image of person1 program detects face and hashes different pieces of data. such as eye left eye right lips, nose mouth, and then upload same person image two and see if it can find a match based on hashes or some kind of match data. but do not use image to image as that takes to long. object is to match detect face in both pictures and then map different pieces of face with small amount of data as possible as i want a database of 2 million people and need to search database fast to make matches. can you do it?
