I need a prototype of a asp.net core web api. Hosting will be in azure. The api should be secured and require user auth (using Azure Active Directory or Identity). It is a closed api so users need to be manually created by the api manager. The data will be uploaded to the api via a test wpf or console app. Since it's a prototype the data that will be uploaded is a very simple DTO with basic data.
