DESIGN - CAD SOFTWARE

I'd need a team of developers or even just one, in order to create a software of graphic layout capable to create an .EPS . PLATFORM: WINDOWS o MAC OS o LINUX WORK: STAND ALONE o PLUG IN for ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR DESCRIPTION: We produce cycling clothing in every size. as you can see on the video we've got all the parts we need to produce a jersey (the front part, the back, side panels and so on...). So, we start from a size (in the video we start from size M) and we do all the other sizes by using the one we have. in the video as you can see we bring the front part of the jersey size M, we reduce it of 95% in order to have the correct dimension for a size S, and then we put in upon the grey front which is in size S. we do this same process for the other parts as well. So we can have a size S starting from a bigger size. we put every part of size M upon every grey part (which are in size S). then we paste it inside. this is the same process for every size. we usually start from the bigger one,like size XXXL or even bigger, then we reduce of 95% and paste inside every little size (XXL - XL- L - M -S ... and so on) this is a process we do everytime for every customer because everyone's got a different design and requests different sizes, but it takes a lot of time to prepare it and we would like to have a software that's capabel of doing this work automatically. FUNCTIONALITY: Our goal is create a software like cad/cam that allows having a database with different models (OPTITEX), I draw on a basic model (with different logo or graphics eg.
