Customized Debian 8 and build a after login script for non root user.

I want to build a after login script for non root user. When a non root user login to server via direct keyboard access or using ssh it will ask some option only option are bellow. 1) Display IP Address Information (Submenu : Select Interface 1. Eth0 2. Eth1 3. All Interface [login to view URL]) 2) Change IP address (Submenu : [login to view URL] Interface >> Enter IP Address >> Enter Subnet [login to view URL] ) 3) Change Gateway (Submenu : [login to view URL] Interface >> Enter Gateway IP Address [login to view URL] ) 4) Change Hostname (Submenu : 1. Enter New Hostname [login to view URL]) 5) Change password (Enter Name Password >> Retype New Password) 6) Exit (Logout) Enter a Option and Press Enter information will be verify before changing. Example correct ip address, subnet, gateway, password, password mismatch and a strong password. A non root user can not do anything more than the listed features. if one select option 4 it will exit and logout... if one press ctrl+c it will exit also.. Also need to customized Debian ISO where Root password and User Creation information will not ask to enter. root and user information will be pre define. The login script will be attach with the installation Need details documents of procedure so that from next time i can do this myself.. when new update comes. I am expecting to do this job under $100
