Create hybrid CD ISO for duplication - Repost - open to bidding

I need to produce a professional CD master ISO that is to be replicated and run on PCs and macs. I have a .exe that I would like to autorun if possible or at least make it very simple to launch. The application will run from the CD and nothing will be installed. There are resource files and I don't want the user to be confused by what to open. The CD should be formatted as a hybrid CD which will show the appropriate files for mac and pc. For the mac, I don't have an issue because instead of a program, I have an html file that I need the user to open, with an alias at the root – but if you have a better solution for the Mac side, that would be great! The CD should appear just like a commercial, retail CD does when inserted. This CD will be printed, duplicated and distributed so I need a professional solution. I need someone with experience with professional CD authoring for both mac and pc. If you could provide a sample ISO of a project you've done that would be very helpful. I need to know that you can provide the proper solution for my CD master. I have the files for both mac and pc ready to go, I just need them set up as a professional ISO for a commercial CD duplication job. Thank you for your time.
