Simple mind is a very useful software to create mindmap. You can now export all the mind maps in a zip file that contain xml files. You will have to create a very little software (i would prefer written in python but not forced) that would take this zip files and would create a folder with folders containing all the mind map. The aim is to copy all the folder in dropbox after (but it's not the aim of the software. I will do it manually).

Hello, I saw the structure of the file, in contains mind map files in xml formats and an Image folder, is this the target folder structure? or do you want to read the title from the xml files?
