Hello, As a system admin with a personal interest in mail servers, I have created a large number of mail services, including bulk mailing. I can cope with all your demands, with a remark that I can set up the mail server to perfecly comply with all the legal standards, but actual Inboxin in the future largely depends on the content you want to send and the mailing list you have (for example, are the users opt in for it, you they will be coplaining on spam?) I'll need a "bare" LInux based server/VPS with pure ssh access to create the mail server. For the sending backend I'd suggest Mailwizz (it's not free, costs $50 for one licence), unless you have a better solution. Best Regards, Istvan
