Hi. Why not to use one of already existent open-source dropbox-like systems? I'm ready to show and even to setup such system. And it will cost much less than $750. So my propsition: I will recommend some ready system with server part and clients for Web, Win, Mac, iOd, Android. Also I will recommend VPS (Virtual Private Server). And finally I will setup server part for you. And it will cost only $60 for you. Agree?
