Hi Shakiah, I would love to help you build a Twitter following. I read your project description and realized I am pretty much doing the same thing for another person from the field of music. I have worked with that client to increase Twitter followers from around 1000 to 12000 in around seven months. I know other people are probably promising millions of followers in a short period of time, but from your description, it seems like you want to target people who would actually be interested in your music and content.
