I am a PhD student in bacteria biochemistry and molecular biology at USP. I have analysed and developed several tools for RNA-Seq specially for bacteria RNA-Seq analysis, some of them I'm currently writing the paper for publication. I am going to help you with fastq analysis, but also I could help you with downstream analysis like de novo sequencing, DEG, data visualization and anything else you would like to.
