Business plan expert needed for tech startup (born global)

I represent a tech-startup in Norway that is at an early product development stage. We are therefore in need for funding to complete the product development as well as market penetration and selling the product to vendors/merchant’s. I have some very good leads and relations in my country for acquiring business angel capital as well as seed capital, thus I am in urgent need of assistance to create the following: - Business model - Business strategy - Equity proposal strategy (both for working partners and investors) - Investor prospect to be given to both private business angels and VC-funds Product: The service will be a mobile service that makes it easy for merchants to communicate deals, offers, and member offers to their customers, this includes creating digital passes to be used in the "Passbook" app on iOS6. More info will be given after you've been awarded the project and signed an NDA. Required criteria’s of the freelancer: - Have an extensive experience in writing strategic business models for early startups and born globals - Extensive experience in writing successful investor prospects - Good insight of the current IT- and tech-marked - Present 3 examples of previous work you have done - Refer to at least 1 startup that has been a success based on your business model/strategy/insight - Conduct a 15 minutes Skype Video interview where you explain why you think you're the right contractor for this project - Work with me through Skype video-conference whenever this is needed to fulfill the tasks - Excellent English communication skills - Have a sincere passion in helping startups succeed - Bidders must attach a sample business plan to confirm their expertise in writing business plan Desired criteria's of the freelancer: - Knowledge about the Scandinavian advertisement marked, preferably Norway ----------------------- You will be expected to think creatively and add additional solutions including but not limited to: new potential revenue streams and market opportunities.
