Building Affiliate Network(repost)

We are looking for a person who has experience in affiliate system. Where he /she will build a affiliate network for the downloadable products WE are already on regnow and looking for faster one who can submit it to regnow affiliates -- and optimize the description etc. we are looking for around 500 affiliate signup, product induction via regnow. only experienced bidders plz we have 14 products need to be submitted to these affiliates.
