Affiliate manager(Management)

Am looking to do a product launch(work at home,internet marketing niche) in two months time and looking for a credible affiliate manager to handle my affiliate management. basically recruit super affiliates(those with contacts ideal),motivate affiliates to sell,liase with affiliates online,via my autoresponder and over the phone,do up collateral required for my affiliates etc,etc...hit me up asap... must have experience... ## Deliverables none
