Accent Neutralization Knowledge of American culture Computer with at least 1Gb Ram Headset Fast Internet Wired usb connection (wireless has flaws with our dialer) We have 2 shifts: EST 8 am - 12pm and EST 1 pm - 5pm These shift hours are subject to change. We pay hourly. We will need a recording of you. We will also email a script and will need a recording of you reading our script.

Hi Sir/Madame, My name is Hazel, 36 y.o, married and have kids. I have extensive experienced in sales specially telesales as I was in the call center industry handling sales accounts for more than 7 years. I started out as an agents and in less than a year of being the top agent I was promoted to be a team lead then junior manager and finally program manager. I have handled BtoB and BtoC campaigns ranging from timeshare, mortgage, telecoms sales, foreclosure prevention, loan consolidation and pharma sales. After my call center years I decided to work as a freelance consultant and became part of an Australian software distribution company. I was at first their sales support then finally I was trained in solutions selling. I was with them for 3 years and 3 months. That just ended last January.
