Create a flow of how to discover potentially high ranking keywords

What do we need: We would like you to create a flow of how to find the keywords WITH A COMBINATION OF “SITES LIKE” that can reach first pages of Google IN AN AUTOMATIC WAY. We need you to create a STEP BY STEP flow. Here is an example of a flow we need: open Adwords Keyword Tool click on Create an ad campaign search for “sites like” check in the results what has more than 6000 searches Above is just an example. To make this flow successful, we also need to be able to identify which keywords have low competition and some more steps that we want you to advise us (as a SEO specialist) to do. This is just the first project. We are looking for someone on a long-term, with whom we can afterwards canl work on identifying more keywords combination that can be automated.
