Chinese Language (Traditional/Simplified) SEO Needed

I run an online hotel booking site. We are now adding Chinese language service and would like SEO work done in order to achieve top five rankings in Google, Yahoo and if possible, Baidu (I don't know anything about this search engine). Our English site is PR4 and ranks top 7 for many search terms. We are working to push it up to the top three. My site is already translated.
