Directorypress / wordpress development and instalation

I need someone with wordpress development skills, for a Directorypress enhancement project. You need to know about Directorypress before you can hope to quote me for this work. If you have not done directorypress work before, please visit; [login to view URL] Bascially, I want Directorypress enhanced site to offer; 1) Content in various languages, SEO friendly; I think [login to view URL] will do the job but am not sure. 2) If possible, I would like the registration, etc. forms to be available in different languages 3) Five types of user (plus unregistered / guest) with four different subscription / admin / account pages - payment by PayPal 4) Five different types of user registration forms (two are virtually identical) according to the user type. There will be several more fields / choices imn particular with the two near identical user types; the input from these forms being output on the ads and / or affecting how the user interacts. 5) Messaging with payment by PayPal - I want to be able to charge someone (how much and if charged according to their user type and subscription level if any) to send a message to an advertiser. This may involve a certain number of messages for free in an given period. 6) Certain directories only available for viewing (I want to block certain users from seeing certain directories). 7) Enhanced "Most Popular" advertisers - I want the most popular to be decided by page visits and messages - where the advertiser only gets points for responding, and gets extra points for responding in a certain way (where they agree to give the enquirer their details). 8) Community approvals - where users can tick to become moderators of new user applications (certain user types will only be able to approve certain other user types) and be rewarded with links to their own ad on the new user's ad(s) (User XYZ was approved by User ABC - linked to ABC's main ad) 9) Admin cheats; most popular / featured advertisers. 10) Some increased security measures. In addition, if you are able to do template design work for this, please let me know. It is better this is kept separate for now until after I award the project. I need someone I can give my various Word spec files to and let them get on with it; I do not have time to spend guiding people unfortunately. I am new here. I have used elance for many, many years but have now stopped using them out of disgust; they have gone way downhill in my estimation. I am hoping freelancer has better methods and developers. I have been involved with many projects with many developers and never had any issues on elance until the last few months. You can view my profile there, my username is or was wobbler. I was quoted by two suppliers as low as $250 for this project on elance which I did not think was credible; I went with a supplier who quoted $750 but he turned out to be a conman, incapable of doing the work IMHO. I have in the past awarded bonuses to good suppliers; I am not a over-demanding person by any means, but I need the work done, and that means finding someone capable of doing it! This project is not urgent, but I would like it up and running within a month. I will upload files as and when. I do not want to give my site details / ideas away.
