Blog Writting For Dog Boutique Site & Submit Social Network

I am looking for someone to write a few blogs a week for me and submit them to the various social networking sites each time. I own a dog/pet boutique online and need to keep moving my site up in the search engines. I write my own blogs right now but I am just too busy and need some help. I would give you main keywords for each blog entry that I want the blog entry optimized for and what I want it to be about and you would research and write it. Then share that blog entry with all the socical networking sites. I don't know that much about blogging so you might be able to tell me the best way to do all this to be most effective in the search engines? I need someone that writes English well, is an excellent speller (or spell checker) and a good researcher. Original writtings only, interesting, not too spammy. We would come to an agreement of the amount of words per entry, you can give me suggestions. You must be versed in SEO & Blogging. The blogs could be product announcements, contest announcements, how to's, informational blog entries, etc... all pet/dog related. I have allot of ideas of things you can write about and am always open to suggestions. Within the blog entry, you would need to add links via my specs. I am also looking for someone to write and re-write product descriptions for me, so if you do that as well, that would be great. If not, it is OK, I can find someone else for that. But this project is strictly for blogging. Article writing and submission is also something I might be interested in.
