Assist Us in Registering Non-US TLD's of our domain name

We have a brand name / trademark that we are taking a global SEO approach with. We would like to register the TLDs for countries such as France, Italy, Germany, etc. However, we are not sure how to do this without being incorporated or a citizen of such countries. We are incorporated in the United States, and are seeking help with localized registration and hosting. If you need more detail on specific TLD's let me know and I will research that.
