CSS/HTML Template design XHTML Valid, code SEO optimized!!!

I want to 2 things: 1- I want to make some small changes and fixes to a current template that I will provide, this: [login to view URL] (replace images on right tabs on header by text instead of images, make a tag cloud box and review code and optimize it for SEO). 2- I want a New template HTML/CSS (xhtml valid) template with 6 pages also, all 3 columns style, similar to the first site: Home Search result Detail page Archive with pagination Styled info boxes and grids for the areas, of course. This design I want is like this: [login to view URL] , same header, 3 col, tabs, all. Of course I want you make it better, more cool. I don’t want to use images, only for icons. Al must be great CSS and HTML 100% SEO optimized, must be XHTML compatible and pass the check here: [login to view URL] I don’t want to use cufons.
