Please Do not Bid if your Bid is above $130 i am on a tight budget I would require Professional Work a proof reading and complete rewrite of this document. i have attached two documents. the PDF doc would serve as an example document while the word document needs to be rewritten . i would require a full comprehensive academic writing , which would includes paraphrasing and constructive grammar writing and also research . the basic of the work is been done so all you need to do is to rewrite it and find references to back the arguments especially in the technical feasibility. also i would require a comprehensive bibliography and appendix (this i would have to confirm !) so please mind.
