Hello, I am a qualified Industrial Designer with experience in Interiors and modelling. From you brief I understand that a Banking plaza needs to be laid out on a floor plan of 5000 sq. ft. A initial 2D PLAN would be drawn up and refined to final details. Once this is done, we can go about modelling in Google Sketch up to get this in 3D . Then this would be detailed to dimensions, the main details being the Teller counter, Cashier cabins ,Inquiry counter, Manager cabin and the Customer information and seating areas, besides the computer server rooms and safe vault etc. Then we can draw up the working drawings and bill of material from this model.
