i have some floor plans of a retail space and i need to get them done in CAD so that we can develop interior design plans. i'd also like to get a 3D render made of the space using some basic interior finishes but no furniture ... yet. this will be one project but will have some ongoing work as the interior design is worked on and furniture pieces are added in. I have some pictures of the space, a PDF floor plan plus some measurements i've already made. Please could you send me pricing for this project, your portfolio and expected time to complete. Thanks.
