I have 19 yrs HR/OD strategic, operational and consulting experience with me and have seen Organization going through this phase of attrition, action plan and results organizations had achieved. I am trying to attempt to address your problem with limited information. Once I receive this project, I can specifically customize the solution for your Organization. Need to understand the pain points of Organization w.r.t Leavers - what is the % attrition of the Organization. - new joiners or tenured employees leaving? - high potentials or average performers leaving? - what is the attrition cost for the Organization/ - what is the cost of new employee hiring? - need to specifically drill whether organization is loosing niche skills or common skills/ once we had answered these questions specific solutions are developed based on Organization/Industry/Country - these would enable Organization not only address the problem effectively but increase their top line and bottom line with increased employee engagement. I am roughly estimating 4 weeks of effective consulting - to understand AS-IS, Stakeholder expectations, Addressing current problems and a road map for future.
