Hello! I've created several scrapy bots in the past, so this projects appeals to me. I know I can efficiently and effectively scrape the information you're looking to get from subscene.com. Let me give you two examples of scrapy bots I've built: 1. A scraper that collected guitar tabs and chords from a variety of websites that then formatted and saved them appropriately. It took an artist, album or song, compared ratings on the various sites and tabs and would extract title, author and album, along with album art from a different page. 2. A genealogy project I was involved in needed to get massive amounts of information from a site called fimdagrave.com. The site records burial records and will sometimes include tombstone photos and incriptions along with the vital dates. Some pages contain loads of information and others just a few bits; my scrapy boy took the desired id numbers and then collected all pertinent information and stored it into appropriate fields of an SQL database. I would love to work on this project for you. I am confident I will be able to implement all the features you requested before the end of the week. I am just joining Freelancer and this would make an exciting first project!
