Dating site with webcam (with some kind og chatroulette effect)

I need someone who can create a dating site with some custom features in it. I am from Denmark and it should therefore be able to be translated. This is what the users should be able to do: - Register against a fee - They need to be validated by their personal number - They should send a picture and information , name, phone number etc. when they register and i would need to approve that they are authentic. - When they have registered they should be able to edit their profil by writing text , uploading pictures and videos of 1 min length. They should be able to buy credits for their account, which can be used for different features that i will explain in a moment. - When the user is logged into their account they should always be able to se a time line with the different events of the day. - The different events are speed dating sessions. And thats one of the main features. Example: A women at the age of 32, has registered and edited her profile. She's bough credit and now she's ready to use them in speed dating sessions. She looks at the timeline and see that there are a speed dating session at 8 pm for "Serious daters between 25-35 years". She can see how many attenders there are and attend her self by using her credit. Now all she has to do is stay logged on to her profile, and when the time is 8'o clock, she will enter a chat room and be put together with one of the other attenders of the other sex. Now they will have 3 min. with eachother and after end session they will have 1 min. to write a note AND check a box of that says "allow user to view my profile". (Users should not be able to browse profiles - they should only be allowed to view profiles if they have been on a speed date and the other person have allowed it) After the 1 min. giving to write notes and decide if the other person should be allowed to your profile, you get put together with one of the other attenders. Until everyone in the session has been on a speed date with eachother. This is the main features and smaller assignments will accure. But this is all for now. Thanks very much .
