Two butting surface of around 250 mm dia. The contact surfaces are fixed with removable scotch brite assembled with velcro so that whenever we need to remove it can be removed and replaced. The butting surfaces with little clearance to insert wash [login to view URL] clearance to be adjustable Either one of the butting surface will be revolving. Cleaning solutions will be applied from top. once plates are inserted between rubbing surface it cleans the surface . If required once again plates will be manually taken out and re-inserted by rotating 90. This will be repeated till the plates are cleaned thorougly. This type of cleaning requirement is there in all indian kitchen.
