Create a custom script to import CSV in PrestaShop

Hello, We are looking for a prestashop expoert who can develop a php script that imports a CSV file and insert all it's content in the website. We don't want to use the default import system that comes with prestashop because it's very limited, we are looking for someone who can extend it to import the CSV that we created in our format. Our CSV has 50 columns, each one has a specific value, we will provide a table of correspondance that shows where each value should be imported.
