Change Stock art on a jpg site banner

I have a JPG that is used as a banner on our web site. We want to change out the picture on it. It has to retain the exact font that the phrase "TEAM MEMBER." There are other banners on the website it needs to match. The job is to remove the images of the people to the left of the image and replace it with the stock art picture I have attached.? The Image? needs to blend in in a similar manner. It need to look like professional photoshop work.? ? The concept it this is our "Employment" page and we are using attract people to work for us.
