Design for 4 homepage slides / images

I have 4 categories of products for my company with I want to use for a Flash presentation on my homepage. I need you to create background, find picture(s) and add the text I provide for each one. The slide should have images similar to the one on [login to view URL] There will be a title and one sentence of text to add.
