Cartoon Modification

Hi,? I have the cartoon layed out how i would like it too be. I would like some modifications to it. 1: Draw 3x hats on the characters 2: One of the characters is a pig, i would like you too had black lineing on the pig to make it stand out more, and so it looks like the same as the over 2 characters. It's current a dark pink, i need this black, and along with the outline of the character. I will provide: 1: 3x Original images of the characters 2: 1x PSD of how the characters are layed out 3: 3x images of the hats that needs to go on each character I need this done within a day, and it shouldn't take longer then a couple of hours with someone who has experience in this area and has a pen tablet type tools.
