animated small crying baby 2/3

Looking for an animated illustration of a crying baby. Ratio and target size is width 120 with a 2:3 width to height. Cartoony is acceptable, make sure it's exaggerated. It doesn't need to be fancy. I can draw a single animation, but I'm not experienced otherwise. PNG format with transparency background. Multiple PNG's are fine. I will load the animation and test it on my side to see how it turns out. I am requesting it is smooth. If it doesn't look smooth, I may ask for editing. Or I may do it, depending on communication issues. (I'm a programmer, not an artist... I won't get mad if either of us misunderstands, but I may show instead of say) ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform Just PNG format or anything with transparency. If you make it in a certain program, I request the original file too. (PSD/XCF, that type)
