Converting .psd to email template HTML (for MailChimp)

We are an advertising agency and have new Mailchimp projects on a regular basis. We are looking for a freelancer who already has experience working on Mailchimp projects. You will have to show us some references. For each project, we will provide you with a .psd file that contains 1 email template. You will need to code this template into html/inline css. The code will need to display properly in Outlook 2003, Outlook 2007, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Mac Mail, Hotmail, AOL, Gmail and Yahoo Mail. We will give you access to our Mailchimp account, so you will be able to set up the email template. Thanks!
