create a simple website for me with backend

There is a forum warriorforum.com . If you visit it, there are few other sections like warrior special offer forum, copywriting forum etc. so, with this website my main mottive is, my assistant should add interesting threads daily from backend. On homepage all these threads should be displayed ( date vis). clicking on date buttonshould expand sections to warrior special offer forum, copywriting, etc. Now if user click on copywriting forum, all the threads listed in this category should be displayed. I am attaching a zip folder along with this email. I hope idea is somewhat clear and after doc, it should be more clear. Otherwise feel free to contact me. Thanks
