Design & customization of existing script

Hi, This is a simple project for someone with excellent programming as well web design capabilities. The scope is not extensive and you will simply need to install and customize a readily available script. I want to get done a shopping comparison engine done for a client who already has a script in mind. The entire script is available for $400 and you will need to come up with a creative design and integrate it to the script. The script will be provided to you so please don’t include that in your bid price. There is one design reference which is the minimum acceptable standard. The project scope includes all design, logo and template work. The project also needs to be finished on the assigned timeline and provider should respect that timeline as the project will be cancelled if not delivered completely by that time even if its 90% done.
