I have a site called [login to view URL] that is a site similar to delicious. It's pratically done but because of bad scripting and page load perfirmance i'll have to rebuild it from scratch. I need it done in 3 weeks. I have a budget of USD800. The look/fell is already there, what will have to be done is to re-write all that is behing and the client javascript as well that is very heavy. In conclusion, make a new site from scratch using the same style.
