Coupon Website We would like a site to be functional as [login to view URL], and look like phatdeals.com. Got to have the functions showing on user page like [login to view URL] like RSS, Featured, Top Coupons by Category, Top Downloaded coupons. Should be easilily scalable/upgradeable. Basically 3 level of users: [login to view URL] / Visitors – will browse site, register and be able to print coupons. [login to view URL] – will have Coupon Management area to create, edit and publish their own coupons. They will also have a page to display their co info. [login to view URL] of site – ability to control overall Search by Location Country, State, City Search by Merchant Name Search by Keyword Search by Category Please see attachment for further info. I will escrow the money. First payment will be when I see the site running on your server and bugs fixed(50%). Second payment, when site is on my server.
