Chrome Extension for a Delicious like link storage

In my website, there is a functionality that users can save references of links and images, but today he have to access the website and save the link. I would like to have a Google Chrome extension for saving the current page the user is on, without having to access my website to do so. The link saving is already working, just need to make it work in the extension, probably if a login option if the user is not logged. It is something like Delicious Tools, the google chrome extension, but without tags and "private" option. How I don't know how many hours is it needed to do this, I want to negociate an avarage amont of hours for this, and also an aproximate price. Would appreciate if it would be done by tomorrow (14th).
