create Joomla plugin - (or module) to utilize google maps

Need plug-in for Joomla that will utilize google maps technology. Multiple push-pins need to be placed on the google map to display the geographical location of all the members of the website. Currently, there are 4 (four) levels of membership, and as a result, there will be four types of push-pins depending on the type of membership of the website. Site uses functionality of Community Builder (CBSubs) to manage memberships. ADDING POSITION as new members sign-up for membership: Joomla Plug-in needs to trigger and update googlemaps XML file as new members sign up and pay their membership dues. Members are asked to provide their physical address. As soon as address is entered by new members and fees are paid, this plug-in needs to extract [name (or entity name) of member], [address], [phone], [website url], [type of membership]. That data is placed into the XML file. DISPLAYING PUSH-PINS: There is a page on Joomla site that displays existing members address information with push-pins. Currently this operation is manual and as new members sign-up, XML file has to be updated manually. Because there are four types of memberships, currently there is no way to distinguish between types of memberships. There should be simple way to select and browse only members of particular type of membership, so, my guess is there are four XML files to be maintained; however, this is opened for suggestions. I would like to have four links, each will open a page with a map of members of that membership level.
