An email notification should be sent informing the person that someone has requested to rent out and item. There should be functionality available for both parties to rate each other after the transaction is concluded (when the rented item is returned) 4. There will be different categories of users. The user should decided whether to link their profile to facebook. If a profile is linked to facebook. When the user posts an item to be rented out, it should opt the user if the item should be posted on their group wall and the pacebook page for the website. If a user rents out an item the same functionality should be available which shows that the user has rented out an item 6. User should be able to specify the price of an item and provide item description 7. The website should be search engine optimized. I will be getting a SEO specialist to scrutinize the website to see that it is optimized for search engines 8. I want a proper CMS tool to configure menu items, manage users etc. 9.
