Daily Deal Aggregator Website

I am looking to have a daily deal aggregator website built. The website should pull in the deals from 6 different daily deal sites such as Groupon. The user should be able to filter what deals are displayed, by: city, and by deal website. They should also have the option to view only todays deals or all previous deals that have not yet expired. The price, title and time remaining for each deal that is displayed should be shown. 4 of the 6 deal sites we wish to pull deals from have RSS feeds of their deals but two of the sites do not. I can forward more detailed information on request as well as a mock up of the website design and layout. I will provide all graphics etc that are required.
