Creation of CSS / HTML Templates

We need the creation of 5 of well-designed templates based on a particular topic and set of core functionality. These templates will be used with different colors, fonts, and content across multiple sites. The designs need to be flexible and able to be dynamically populated and remotely configured. They also need to be powered by a flexible CSS framework that can be changed to adjust the styles of each individual template. more detail will be provided to qualified bidders
