Create a Database Plugin for Wordpress for "Dates"

Hi guys, I'm looking for a Wordpress expert that can use the existing "add new post" feature in Wordpress to create a database plugin in Wordpress that allows me to quickly add a date, picture, category for a title and then sort it all on the website itself using dropdown fields I created a picture that will show you what I need: [login to view URL] The database entries need to be sortable by date, category, month and year on the website. You don't have to create any fancy graphics, but a simple table with two different colors for the rows would be nice. Budget is about $150 + bonus for this Thanks Oliver
